About Us:
Vibrant Mind is a compassionate, client-centered private practice committed to supporting individuals on their path to healing and growth. We specialize in anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and emotional wellness for teens and adults. We're looking for a skilled and collaborative in-person therapist to join our growing team in Cadillac, Michigan.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist (LMSW, LPC, or LLP) who is passionate about providing in-person therapy services. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, a steady stream of client referrals, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, values-driven environment. Ideal for a therapist who values autonomy, connection, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to teens and/or adults in-person and virtual
   
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical notes
   
• Collaborate with the practice owner and other clinicians as needed
   
• Uphold ethical and legal standards of care
   
• Option to participate in groups, workshops, or community offerings
   

Requirements:

• Fully licensed in the state of Michigan (LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, or LLP)
   
• Comfortable working with anxiety, depression, trauma, or neurodivergence
   
• Strong communication and organizational skills
   
• Able to commit to at least 8 client sessions per week (more if desired)
   
• Willing to work in-person in Cadillac, MI
   

Preferred but not required:

• Training in EMDR, DBT, somatic work, or trauma-informed modalities
   
• Experience with teens, young adults, or chronic illness populations
   
• Interest in building a long-term client caseload with support from the practice
