Credentialing and Billing Support for Clinicians

These services are designed for solo clinicians and small mental health practices who want support with insurance credentialing and billing without managing the administrative process themselves. 

 Yes. Credentialing and billing support is offered alongside my individual therapy practice and is provided under a separate, non-clinical agreement. 

No. Credentialing and billing support is administrative only and does not include clinical supervision, consultation, or therapy services.

 At this time, services are limited to solo clinicians and small practices. Larger groups may not be a good fit. 

I support credentialing with major commercial insurance panels commonly used in outpatient mental health practice. Panel availability varies by state and provider credentials. 

Credentialing timelines depend on each insurance company and can range from several weeks to several months. While timelines are outside my control, I provide tracking and follow-up throughout the process. 

Pricing reflects:

• current credentialing and billing complexity
   
• follow-up through approval
   
• limited caseload to ensure responsiveness
   

Many lower-cost options offer very limited scope or high volume. My services are intentionally structured to remain sustainable and reliable.

No. Pricing is fixed to reflect the scope of work and time involved.

Billing support includes claims submission and basic insurance follow-up. It does not include patient billing communication, collections, or extensive retroactive cleanup unless otherwise agreed upon. 

No. All work is performed behind the scenes and communication is limited to providers and insurance companies. 

Credentialing services are provided as a one-time project. Ongoing maintenance or billing support is billed monthly and can be discontinued with notice.
